George Karabelas is a retail expert / brand strategist. He began his career working for food companies and then served 10 years as the Marketing Director at Kotsovolos-Dixons, the number one electronics retailer in Greece and one of the leading electronic companies in Europe. Beyond his valuable skill set in Retail, he has worked as a Brand Strategist | Business Development for Lamda Development Centers, Kraft Paints, Media Strom, Plaisio, 362 Grocery,  Nova Constructions (Lux & Easy / Hilton Garden Inn). Today is a Senior Director (Brand Strategist | Business Development) at Hellenic Wineries (Boutari, Semeli, Scalarea, Noctera, Ioli). As a professional, he has significantly transformed and grown both the scope of the business and their customer/user experiences. He is also an active participant in marketing forums, organizations and non-profits. He has attended leadership programs at Henley Business School and at Windsor Leadership Trust.

He holds an International MBA from the University of Glamorgan, a B.B.A. from the American College of Greece (Deree College) and holds NLP Practitioner certification.
